Newport Gwent Dragons are bidding to win their opening two matches of a League campaign for the first time.
Likewise Cardiff Blues have also not managed two successive wins at the start of a season before. The Blues have not beaten a fellow Welsh Region away from home since a trip to Rodney Parade in April 2006.
