Speaking about their selection, which sees the pair on the wings, Max said: "It's something that you visualise when your playing in the back yard as kids, like setting one another up for a try.
"Being given the opportunity to play alongside my brother has been in the back of my mind during training for a long time. I've been working really hard, so to get my first start for Glasgow on the other wing as Thom is a big deal for me."
Younger brother Thom added: "It was great playing at school together. We know each others game really well because it's something we talk about a lot at home. I'm looking forward to the game immensely and hope it'll be a successful night all round."
Elsewhere, five other new signings will make their Glasgow debuts. Argentine fullback Bernardo Stortoni features in the back-line alongside All Black centre Daryl Gibson and Australia 7s scrum-half Chris O'Young.
In the pack, prop Michael Collins and flanker Richie Vernon also get their first start in Warriors colours
Glasgow head coach, Sean Lineen, commented: "The boys just can't wait for the season to start. I'll be looking for a big game from our pack and our half-backs.
"We have an exciting blend of youth and experience and it'll be interesting to see how the Evans brothers go on the wings."
