John Barclay, the 21-year-old back-row forward, who made his international debut against the All Blacks during the World Cup, starts at openside with Stevie Swindall and Johnnie Beattie retaining their positions at blindside and no. 8 respectively.
On his return to the side, Barclay said: "The Rugby World Cup is the pinnacle of rugby so it was awesome to be involved, but to get a game against the All Blacks was something that I'll never forget.
"It's frustrating to be back home now but I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things with Glasgow because I know how much it means to everyone that we have a big season this year."
Hooker Fergus Thomson also returns to the 22 and takes his place on the bench having graduated onto the international scene back in August.
DOES YOUR SUPPORT MEASURE UP?
At today's team announcement media conference, Warriors captain Alastair Kellock was joined by pupils from St Paul's High School in Pollock for the launch of a new marketing initiative aimed at local schools and clubs.
The Warriors have created a life-size poster of the almost 7ft lock which will be distributed throughout Glasgow and the West of Scotland asking those who see it "Does your support measure up?"
With a size chart accompanying 'Big Al' on the poster, members of the public will be able to measure themselves against the tallest member of The Biggest Team in Glasgow.
Whilst at The Arena, the pupils were invited to watch the Warriors' team run before meeting the squad.
Tickets for tomorrow night's game are still available, priced at £15 for adults and £5 for concessions (under 18s, students & OAPs), by calling the Ticket Hotline on 0844 800 3490 or by logging onto www.glasgowwarriors.org
