League leaders Leinster include Luke Fitzgerald for the game that looks set to be played in front of another sell-out crowd.
Fitzgerald replaces the injured Shane Horgan on the right wing while the remainder of the back line will be finalised closer to kick off.
Girvan Dempsey continues at full-back with Rob Kearney on the left wing.
In the pack, the final selection in the back-row will also be confirmed closer to kick off, but the front row and second rows have a familiar look to them with Leo Cullen continuing his partnership with Malcolm O'Kelly and Ollie le Roux joining Bernard Jackman and Stan Wright in the front row.
Jamie Heaslip lines up at number eight.
Supporters are advised to give plenty of time to travel to the RDS on St. Stephens' day because there will be a lot of activity around the ground on the day, including the opening day of Funderland. There will be limited parking in the Simmonscourt Road Car Park.
Gates open at 1.30pm, Kick Off is at 3pm and Bars will remain open inside the ground on St. Stephens' Day until 6pm.
The game is close to an 18,500 sell out but there will be a limited number of tickets available in Ticketmaster outlets around the ground on the day and tickets are currently on sale from Spar (Donnybrook).
