The South African coach, Franco Smith, lines up most of the players seen last week in Newport, but can rely also on some other players came back from the National team.
The only permit player to be lined up will be last week's try scorer flanker from Petrarca Padova, Filippo Giusti, while Manoa Vosawai, who is replacing Robert Barbieri, Tommaso Iannone and Michele Rizzo are starting as first string.
The prop and the flanker are the only new entries in the pack, while among the backs Giulio Toniolatti is playing full-back, Doppies La Grange is playing inside centre with Andrea Pratichetti as outside centre.
As for the half-backs, Fabio Semenzato is playing together with Italian-Australian James Ambrosini, at his second appearance as first string fly-half since the Heineken Cup match against Leicester Tigers of last December.
Referee of the match will be Welsh Leighton Hodges.
