The Referee will be Dudley Phillips from Ireland, who refereed the first ever Celtic league match between these two teams.
The teams have already met five times, with Ospreys winning four matches and Treviso winning only one, on 31st August last year.
In the last ten matches, Ospreys have only lost against Connacht in Round 15 (10-22), and have won the last eight home matches.
Tandy's team are fighting against the Scarlets for the last play off place. At present they are fourth with 58 points, 407 in favour and 267 against.
Benetton have still got to play Connacht (rescheduled on 26th April) and are seventh with 39 points (all time record in Celtic League/PRO12), 317 in favour and 372 against.
Antonio Pavanello and his teammates are looking for their ninth victory, which would equal the result of their first season in the Magners League.
Treviso are unbeaten in three RaboDirect PRO12 matches. The last defeat was on 16 February: 40-5 at the Royal Dublin Society against Leinster.
They have won their last four clashes against Welsh teams, but the only win in the land of the dragons dates back to April 2012, when Treviso won 32-33 against Newport.
Franco Smith's team have never won in Swansea in five previous attempts.
This will be the fourth clash this season between Ospreys and Benetton, with Treviso leading 2-1.
Treviso have asked RaboDirect PRO12's authorities to play wearing mourning in remembrance of Vinicio Artuso, keeper of the Stadio Monigo, who tragically passed away last 3rd April.
