Ghiraldini made 13 appearances in the RaboDirect PRO12 for Treviso this season, helping the Italian side to finish seventh in the table.
The 28-year-old's form also made him a regular starter for Italy in the Six Nations and Ghiraldini admits he's keen to cap off a fine campaign in style.
He said: "The objectives are always ambitious. It's a pleasure to meet up with the guys in the national team again, there are a number of new players and some high quality youngsters.
"Obviously we will face three high-level matches and we need to show the same desire that we had in the Six Nations. We need to continue this path of improvement and the playing philosophy that Jacques Brunel has brought in.
"We need to look at these games in June with a lot of professionalism and desire because it's never easy arriving at this stage in the season running on empty.
"It's important for us that we perform from the outset, especially starting with a tough game against South Africa."
