The club have arranged a host of initiatives to create a memorable send-off for the long-serving stalwart and the seven others confirmed to leave this season, with season ticket holders invited to bring a friend for free, fans encouraged to download and print their own Chunk Mask from the club's website, meal prices slashed, and a special prize for the fan clothed in the most club colours.
Interim Edinburgh Rugby assistant coach, Duncan Hodge, said: "It's a massive day for Chunk, he's Edinburgh through and through, and played a record number of games.
"It'll be an emotional day for him, but it comes to us all and it's been business as usual for the team.
"This is a must win game as we need continue to raise our levels of performance and put down some building blocks for next season.
"We're playing a tough side with some very experienced players but we're in front of our home crowd in the last game of the season and you've just got to win those games."
The club have named just two changes to the startling line-up that faced Treviso in the previous round, with the return of double award winner, Greig Tonks (Player and Players' Player of the season) and prop Willem Nel (Best Newcomer) a welcome boost to the side seeking to end the season on a high.
The only other change is to the bench, which sees Dundee High FP back-row, Richie McIver, handed the chance to make his first professional appearance since being invited to train with the squad last month.
