Andrea Manici, Alberto Chillon and Leonardo Sarto are all in line to make their international debuts in the quadrangular tournament, which also features Samoa and Scotland.
And Brunel is eager to see the Zebre contingent at the highest level to see how they cope with the demands of international rugby.
He said: "The call-up of three debutants from Zebre is a reward for everything they have done in the championship.
"They didn't pick up a win but the character was there. The team from Parma was often very close on the scoreboard and the desire and character of the team was never lacking.
"It's difficult to say whether the youngsters will play a lot, or little, but it's important to evaluate them and give them the experience so they know what is required at international level."
