Having lost their last five games on the road the Men from Gwent - who lie 11th in the table - will be desperate to end their campaign on a high by grabbing the local bragging rights.
And despite celebrating back-to-back Six Nations triumphs with his countrymen, 29-year-old Hibbard knows the Dragons remain dangerous opponents - and it is vital the Ospreys pick up every point available if they are to extend their season.
"It's amazing to win the Championship in Cardiff with that crowd and that atmosphere, it was really good," said Hibbard, who started four games for Wales in the Six Nations.
"I can't wait to get back playing - I'm actually looking forward to coming back. We know we can't drop any points now in the run in.
"It's a big opportunity to get five point wins and really push for the play-offs."
