Leinster's No.8 Jamie Heaslip also got his name on the scoresheet while Sean O'Brien enjoyed a fantastic match at openside flanker in the 69-17 victory.
Attentions turned to Healy afterwards however, with head coach Warren Gatland admitting Healy's ankle injury may force him to bring in another loosehead prop.
"He went for an X-ray and the medics say it wasn't broken," he said. "We just assume it is ligament damage. He may need a scan to further delve into the potential of the injury.
"We will potentially talk about someone who we might bring out once we find out what condition Cian is in.
"If it is more serious we will quickly look at getting a replacement out."
O'Driscoll, meanwhile, put in an impressive display with his two tries and looked good alongside Manu Tuilagi in the midfield.
But his thoughts swiftly turned to Healy after the match.
"He is a club-mate and an international team-mate, but he is also now a Lions team-mate," he said. "If that is the end of his tour, it is bitterly disappointing. We just wait and hope it isn't as bad as it first seemed."
The other Lions try-scorers were England quartet Tom Croft, Owen Farrell, Mako Vunipola and Geoff Parling as well as Ulster's Tommy Bowe while Cardiff Blues full-back Leigh Halfpenny nailed 11 kicks from 11 attempts.
