And Davies' comeback has arrived just in time for Scarlets' clash against London Irish in the Anglo-Welsh Cup - while a return to Wales duty also lingers on the horizon.
It was initially feared that his injury could rule him out until early March but Easterby insists he is ready to contribute.
"It is an opportunity for Jon to get game-time after such a long lay-off," Easterby told the South Wales Evening Post.
"It's good news he has had such a speedy recovery, and he has done really well to get back in the time-frame he has. He is ready and will play his part for us on the weekend."
