In all the Irish province racked up six tries at Thomond Park, with JJ Hanrahan on his best form from the tee, bagging 24 points in total.
Dave Kilcoyne's first-half try, a score for the returning Simon Zebo, a first home try for Gerhard Van den Heever, a penalty try and late efforts from Andrew Conway and CJ Stander did the rest of the damage.
And Munster head coach was delighted with the efforts of his troops.
"JJ was terrific," he told the Irish Examiner. "As we say each week, when we praise one, we praise the other.
"Keats (Ian Keatley) came on and did a great job as well. The lads are having a ding-dong battle and it's good for them.
"Zebo was also terrific. Given that he hasn't had a lot of footy for the last 13 weeks, to get through 80 minutes was great for us. He had a bit of rust and he's been able to blow a bit of that off.
"David Kilcoyne is a terrific player, James Cronin equally so and if the opportunity comes around to get a green one on their backs, they'll do a great job."
