Spratt and co are looking to get their play-off push back on track against tenth-placed Treviso after losing to Ulster last time out.
And the centre believes the fans can play their part in helping Ospreys do exactly that.
"It would be great if a good crowd turned out to support the boys," Spratt told the South Wales Evening Post.
"It's a young team and a bit of encouragement is always hugely appreciated.
"They (Treviso) are always a difficult side to beat and they have shown over the past couple of seasons they can get results on the road when they are in the right mood.
"We took a positive mentality with us to Ulster and we will try to go into the match this weekend with the same outlook.
"Obviously the key thing is to do what it takes to win the game, because we are trying to get into the play-offs and every point counts."
