Edinburgh Rugby Elite Development Days : Guinness PRO12 : News

Edinburgh Rugby's Elite Development Days (£99) are designed to give a group of under-16 and under-18 rugby players the opportunity to spend a day following a training schedule akin to an Edinburgh Rugby professional player!

Participants will spend a day in the life of an Edinburgh Rugby player at Murrayfield Stadium, taking part in strength and conditioning sessions, nutrition education and field-based skills sessions.

The Elite Development Day includes:
• Coaching by Edinburgh Rugby coaches
• Strength & conditioning session in the Murrayfield gym
• Edinburgh Rugby training top
• Stadium tour
• Match ticket
• Meet the Edinburgh Rugby players
• Nutrition seminar
• Lunch in the Team Room

Upcoming Elite Development Day dates:
• Thursday 20 February (9am- 3.30pm)
• Thursday 10 April (9am-3.30pm)

To ensure participants get the elite experience, group sizes are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!
