And a pair of Scotstoun postponements either side of Christmas have left Glasgow with two games in hand on some of their fellow playoff chasers.
Sunday holds another visit to Wales, as they take on Newport Gwent Dragons, before a trip to reigning RaboDirect PRO12 champions Leinster completes the spell.
Eddie, who recently made his 100th appearance for the Warriors, is hoping to see them carry forward the momentum of victory in Cardiff.
"Cardiff last week, Dragons and then Leinster next Saturday, are three games we have really targeted as potentially pivotal to our whole campaign," he told the Glasgow Evening Times.
"It was pretty daunting to be handed these three games in succession on the road, but if we can get through them unscathed then we will be in very good shape, plus still nursing two home games in hand on all our rivals.
"But no-one at Glasgow is underestimating how tough it will be to come out on top."
