The comfortable victory lifts Anscombe's troops to third in the table and completes their February block of games with three wins from three.
And with a fortnight's break until their rescheduled match with the Scarlets, Anscombe wants his side to keep their standards high.
"At the start of this window we set our targets and we have achieved those, so that is really pleasing," he said.
"It is probably a little annoying that we have a break coming up and then a game again. It stops us getting momentum. We have to make sure we get above it. We have a big job in two weeks time against Scarlets and we do not want to hiccup then.
"The guys get a couple of days rest now, but after that there is no rest to the end of the season. We clearly know what we have to do to go forward and achieve what we want to.
"We scored some nice tries and played some good football. It may have been a little disappointing in the second not to have carried it on (Ulster had led 31-3 at the break)
"However, overall it was a pleasing performance, a good result and the squad responded well to some criticism from the previous two games."
