Noel Reid, Daragh Fanning and Rhys Ruddock all went over for the hosts while fly-half Ian Madigan chipped in with 13 points from the kicking tee.
And with Munster losing to the Scarlets the defending champions are back on top of the standings.
The men in blue do have things to work on however, not least their defence after the Warriors ran in three tries at the RDS.
Richie Vernon crossed twice while Nikola Matawalu also burrowed over for the visitors and O'Connor insists there is plenty of time to tighten things up.
"Glasgow are one of those sides that are good with ball in hand. They are very direct and they put you under pressure in those close channels," he said.
"Relative to the amount of changes we've made in the past month, there are going to be blokes who aren't quite comfortable with each other.
"That will get better. Once we get a little bit more combination consistency, in terms of selection, we'll tighten that up, no dramas."
