The extra fixtures come courtesy of a pair of Scotstoun postponements, resulting in a string of home fixtures - six of the Warriors' last eight RaboDirect PRO12 clashes are at home.
And Kellock expects them to kick off that run with three wins on the bounce - against Scarlets, Ospreys and Benetton Treviso - before finishing strongly and earning a spot in the top four.
"When you are given the opportunity to have six of your last eight games at home, it would be absolutely criminal not to make the most of that," he told the Glasgow Evening Times.
"We know that at times our home form has not been what we would have hoped but now we have the perfect chance to fix that.
"We have maybe lost a bit of momentum with losing the last two games at Leinster and Dragons but we are very handily placed to come again.
"We can also use the last eight games to build real momentum going into the play-offs. So we have Scarlets, Ospreys and Treviso on consecutive weekends, starting Saturday week.
"It is vital that we come through that stretch with three wins."
