Iannone, who is most comfortable on the wing, has made four starts this season, featuring in wins over Edinburgh, Scarlets and the Ospreys.
The pair are part of a large Treviso contingent picked for the three Tests against Tonga, New Zealand and Australia.
In total there are 19 players selected from Franco Smith's team, with Zebre providing another five players to the squad.
Sergio Parisse will captain the side which will get together in Rome for two camps at the end of this month before the first match against Tonga in Brescia on November 10.
That will be followed by the clash in Rome against the All Blacks the following week before finishing against Australia in Florence.
