The most recent of those saw the Irish hang on to claim a nail biting 22-20 victory over France in Paris, in what was Leinster legend Brian O'Driscoll's last match for Ireland.
Attention now switches back to domestic matters in the RaboDirect PRO12 with third-placed Ulster looking to secure a strong end to the season, starting with a trip to Edinburgh on Friday.
And having just missed out on the trophy last year, as Ulster lost to Leinster in the RaboDirect PRO12 final, Henry is looking to replicate the winning feeling for both country and province.
"It's been awesome to win something and hopefully this is a springboard for Ireland and then hopefully the provinces," he said.
"We'll enjoy this and then it's back to work. Certainly from my own perspective I'm going to use this as a real springboard and hopefully move forward."
