Friday's action gets underway with an all-Welsh affair as the Ospreys - the only non-Irish side currently in the top four - host Cardiff Blues.
The Ospreys have won only one of their last four however the Blues will begin life without Phil Davies, having parted company with their director of rugby following the defeat to Zebre.
On Saturday, Munster will look to get back to winning ways after defeat to the Scarlets last time out but they host Treviso at Thomond Park as the only remaining RaboDirect PRO12 side with a 100 per cent home winning record.
Meanwhile, it what promises to be a tight affair, the Scarlets head to Glasgow Warriors looking to keep their top-four ambitions alive as fifth host sixth.
The last eight of the Warriors' matches in all competitions has seen the losing side collect a bonus point while the Scarlets have prevailed in two of their last three trips to Glasgow.
And completing the action this weekend, Connacht will be bidding for a fourth straight RaboDirect PRO12 victory away to Newport Gwent Dragons.
