The Scottish side currently have a seven-point cushion over the Scarlets, with two games in hand, while fourth-placed Ospreys are ten points ahead of Easterby's troops.
The Scarlets beat Treviso, Edinburgh and Munster before being downed 26-13 last time out at Ulster.
And Easterby says they will need to keep winning, starting with the Warriors, to have any chance of making the play-offs.
"We put ourselves in a difficult position up until (there were) ten games to go," he said.
"Then we won three out of the last four, so we put ourselves in a strong position but with some way to go to challenge in that top four."
