Lam puts Carrick-on-Shannon RFC through their paces

The young boys at the club were delighted to show the New Zealander their version of the Haka which the head coach joyfully joined in on before commencing with the session.

The visit forms part of Connacht Rugby's Outreach and Engagement Programme following previous successful trips to Tuam RFC, Westport RFC, Castlebar RFC and Creggs RFC in recent months.
