The deciding, away leg of the 1872 Cup derby against Glasgow Warriors and the club's last home game of the season, against Munster, will be played on consecutive Saturdays, 26 April (kick-off 7.05pm) and 3 May (kick-off 5pm).
The match against Munster will be the club's third home match to be hosted at Meggetland in Colinton, following the win over Ospreys (31-25) in February and next Friday's capital clash with Cardiff Blues (11 April, kick-off 7.45pm).
Tickets for the Ospreys game sold out three days before the match kicked off, with the club, in partnership with Edinburgh Leisure, able to accommodate an additional 700 supporters for next Friday's Cardiff Blues game (3700 capacity), and a further 700 at the Munster match (4400 capacity).
Edinburgh Rugby managing director, David Davies, said: "We're delighted that our season run-in is now confirmed, with the details of some very important matches now set in stone."
"The 1872 Cup match against Glasgow Warriors is a huge match for vital league points against our biggest rivals."
"The Warriors have expanded their ground and we strongly encourage our fans to head west and cheer on the boys in a crucial match."
Speaking on the club's return to Meggetland, he added: "We really enjoyed the opportunity to play at Meggetland and are pleased to be able to host more fans at what proved to be a great ground to watch elite level rugby in close quarters."
"It's another massive match for the club and we're looking forward to the challenge."
"Naturally, moving home games away from Murrayfield Stadium was not in our original season plan so we'd like to extend our thanks to our fans for their understanding and continued support as we target a strong finish to the season."
