But despite the run of form, the Scotland and British & Irish Lions international says his side must raise their game if they are to see off Munster.
"If we're going to get the win we need we will have to produce a complete 80-minute performance," he told the Glasgow Evening Times.
"We had some great spells in the game against Treviso but we also had some troughs when we switched off and errors crept in.
"Some of the rugby we played in the opening few minutes, with the two early tries, was among the best we have produced this season but in other respects we were a bit inconsistent."
The 25-year-old was part of the Warriors side that beat Munster 51-24 at Scotstoun last year and says that they must be streetwise in how they play this weekend.
"You can't afford to make any basic errors, because Munster will really make you pay for them," he said.
"We know our record is not the best against Munster but records never last forever. It is vital that we execute our game plan to the best of our ability and the battle in the loose is going to be ferocious.
"We have hit form at exactly the right time and, after moving into fourth and still having a game in hand over both Ulster in third and Munster in second, the season has reached the business end for us."
