The Ospreys face Newport Gwent Dragons at the Millennium Stadium as part of Judgement Day, looking to carry on the momentum from their impressive win over defending champions Leinster last time out.
"Hopefully with the run in we've got, we can put a little bit of pressure on the teams above us," said Spratt.
"What we are trying to strive for now is trying to get into that semi-final play-off position.
"Hopefully we can take some of that momentum we had from [the win against Leinster] and take it into the game against the Dragons. I'm sure they [Dragons] will be looking to bounce back.
"With local derbies it always has that [bit of] little spice," said Spratt. "It does always adds that little bit extra."
