Fergus McFadden is progressing well from the knee injury he picked up in the Heineken Cup loss away to Toulon, however Luke Fitzgerald is not in contention this weekend.
Eoin Reddan took part in training but is still on a modified training programme and continues to make good progress from his shoulder injury.
The team to face Edinburgh will be named at midday on Friday.
Ticket sales are also over 17,000 and Leinster are expecting close to a sell out with Saturday also being the supporters chance to say a fond farewell to Leo Cullen and Brian O'Driscoll. As part of that a souvenir match day programme has been put together and there will be a BBQ in the sand pit at the Ring Bar behind the Anglesea Stand with 500 free burgers on a first come, first served basis. Des Cahill will also MC an informal Q&A with Leo and Brian on the pitch after the game.
The club are also holding our "Kids Takeover" celebration and as part of that there will be 15 child mascots, one for each of the Leinster players as they come out onto the field.
