The identity of the top two teams is still as yet unknown with Leinster currently top and Glasgow Warriors in second, four points adrift.
Munster are just a further point back however meaning all three teams go into the weekend hoping to secure a home Play-Off.
Leinster host Edinburgh while Munster host Ulster - who have already tied up fourth spot - and Glasgow Warriors host Zebre.
Benetton Treviso are currently embroiled in the tussle with Zebre for the Italian berth in next year's European Champions Rugby Cup - both sides are currently locked on 29 points.
Indeed, the qualification process for the European Champions Rugby Cup has added an extra level of excitement to the RaboDirect PRO12 this season, ensuring it has been one of the tightest finishes to a campaign in history.
And that excitement can be easily gauged. In terms of digital, our official RaboDirect PRO12 YouTube channel is proving a real hit with the supporters. The channel has recently breached a subscriber base of over 10K and 3.3 million views.
