Franco Smith has decided to keep the team that played against Scarlets last week.
Many players are still not at disposal as they are committed to play for Italy, but Francesco Minto, Corniel Van Zyl, Manoa Vosawai and Fabio Semenzato make their return.
Also, Gonzalo Garcia is out due to a one-week suspension as decided after the disciplinary hearing following last Thursday's match in Llanelli.
The backs also remain the same as those who played in Wales, with the only exception of Semenzato who is starting as first string, while Simon Picone is starting from the bench.
