Cian Healy is, quite literally, the first name on the Leinster teamsheet and since his debut in the 2006/07 season he has become one of the club's most valuable assets.
The 26-year-old, with 47 Ireland caps to his name already, is often absent on international duty but he is ably supported at the RDS.
The Leinstermen's loosehead ranks have swelled considerably in recent years, with the Likes of Jack McGrath and Michael Bent ably deputising this season.
However, when Healy is free of international commitments and injury - ankle problems forced him out of last summer's British & Irish Lions tour and a large chunk of this season - he is the man in charge.
Eight RaboDirect PRO12 appearances this season - including Leinster's last five - have yielded two tries and Healy will lead the line in Saturday's Final.
- 5 days to go - Leinster will appear in their fifth straight RaboDirect PRO12 Final on Saturday -
A switch from Scottish rivals Edinburgh to Glasgow Warriors in 2010 has brought the best out of Ryan Grant - and the Scotstoun outfit are reaping the rewards.
Grant was born in Fife but a move to Malaysia at the age of ten saw him educated at Kuala Lumpur's Alice Smith School.
The prop eventually found his way back to Scotland and following a stint in the army and three years with Edinburgh, Grant crossed the RaboDirect PRO12's Scottish divide.
In the four seasons since then, the 28-year-old has turned out 63 times in the competition - dotting down twice in 11 appearances this term to help Glasgow to their first RaboDirect PRO12 Final.
Grant has also racked up 18 caps for Scotland, including going head-to-head with Healy in this year's Six Nations clash.
That was the last time the duo came face to face - and the next instalment will be in Dublin on May 31.
