. In the fifth round of the league Zebre Rugby host the Welsh side of the Ospreys which, fresh from the success against Munster in Limerick, arrives in Parma boosted by four wins from as many matches and top the table with 18 points. The last loss of coach Tandy's side in the GUINNESS PRO12 was the one against Zebre on May 1 at the Stadio XXV Aprile in the penultimate round of last season with a injury try by Palazzani which literaly thrills the home crowd.
Zebre Rugby, as well as in the Welsh challenge, take the field for another important match: the one against loneliness and isolation to score a try for integration, health and independence of vulnerable people. The players wanted to marry the project "Parma, let's team together" 2014.
This year's fund raiser supports associations that deal with mobility in the community and in the territory that hosts the italian franchise. Tomorrow night's game is dedicated to a charity action supported by the club: to cheer Bortolami and his team mates on the field, there will be all the volunteers who every day help the disabled, elderly and sick to get to the places of work, care and leisure.
Hundreds of people engaged in various associations rooted by decades in the city of Parma which play a fundamental role of support to all citizens.
Zebre Rugby coaching staff announced the official line-up that will take the field tomorrow night at 8.35 PM under the direction of the young Scottish referee Linton. The XV of the North-West will be skipepd for the 29th time by Marco Bortolami: the lock will make his first official appereance of the season after having fully recovered from his injury.
The entry of Bortolami is the only novelty of Zebre Rugby the scrum in relation to the last fixture, the first win of the season in the GUINNESS PRO12 against the Northern Irish side of Ulster by 13-6.
Head coach Andrea Cavinato expects further growth of his team in the game against the Ospreys: "Against Ulster we have improved the defense while we were too hasty in our possession in the opponent 22 meters area. It was an important win. We are calm: the positive atmosphere of the club helps us to do well remaining absolutely humble with our feets firmly on the ground. We are focused on tomorrow's game where we aim to confirm our growth after good games. To do this we will need to be the best performing in our offensive efforts always looking for the best solution without isolating us".
