Best mate at the club?
I've got too many good friends at the club to pick just one really but I hang around with Mick Kearney and Sean Henry a fair bit. A lot of guys have moved on from Connacht in the last couple of years but those are two guys I get on really well with.
Last to buy dinner?
I asked a few of the lads about this one and I was told to say Aly Muldowney but he's not too bad to be honest. I'd have to say any of the Kiwis at the club - they've got a bad reputation for that around here!
Biggest lifter in the gym?
I'd say all-round it's probably Rodney Ah You. He's just different level to everyone else - he's a freak! I'm quite a decent lifter in some things but in nearly every category of weightlifting Rodney is streets ahead of most people. He's supernatural.
Worst dressed?
That would have to be Mick Kearney - he loves wearing skinny jeans and a bright pair of shoes. He thinks he looks fantastic which makes it even funnier.
The dressing-room DJ?
I actually sit beside the speaker, so I used to be in charge of it but the reactions to my choices were very mixed! I'll put on anything from folk to rap music but sometimes I get the jack taken off me.
The quickest?
That would be Niyi Adeolokun - he's a recent addition this year but he's lightning fast. I don't know what they've clocked him at but I think he's top in the world. Over three metres I'd put myself up there though!
Late for training?
Big Rodney Ah You has had a bad reputation for that - he's cleaned it up now but he used to be a bit tardy. The forfeit for being late is usually helping the kit man, so he's done his fair share of that.
Teacher's pet?
I'd have to say Jake Heenan - the coaches love him. It's probably a compliment to be honest - he's always on the ball and he's a good fella.
Best cook?
I think Sean Henry fancies himself as a bit of a gourmet chef. I've survived his food before! It's actually pretty good - it's always hearty and there are quantities of it. I do a bit of cooking myself but a lot of the stuff we cook is less fancy and a bit more healthy instead.
First on the dancefloor?
George Naoupu is an incredible dancer - we had a dance competition in teams and his team pretty much surrounded him and clapped while he did his stuff, so they pretty much won the thing. He's got all the Michael Jackson moves down.
Most likely to disgrace themselves at the Christmas party?
That's a tricky one. I don't know - everyone is normally fairly careful at those sort of events! We're a very sensible club - I think the players wait until after the party to go to town! There's nobody that really stands out for me.
The most embarrassing tattoo?
That would have to be our kitman, Martin Joyce - he's got a Metallica tattoo on his back from his younger days as a big fan. I think he regrets it now, he's not that quick to take his top off these days. He's a little embarrassed about it.
Never puts their phone down?
Jack Carty has just got the new iPhone 6 and I guess he can't fit it in his pocket because he's always got it out looking at it. I think he's showing it off more than looking at it though.
Going to make the best coach?
I would say John Muldoon - as captain he has a fair bit of input already and it's usually good chat. I think he actually does a bit of coaching as well, so he's got a bit of experience of it. I've done a little bit of coaching myself with youth teams and it's something I enjoyed but I'm not pursuing it at the moment - maybe I will in the future though.
