Including Amos, Dragons Director of Rugby Lyn Jones has made five changes to the team that participated in the record breaking win against the Ospreys last weekend.
The Men of Gwent return to the Guinness PRO12 tournament on Friday (21st November, KO 19:30) with a boost in confidence after defeating the Ospreys 51-35.
Fullback Geraint Rhys Jones is joined in the back three by Tyler Morgan and Welsh International Hallam Amos. The centre pairing of Ross Wardle and Ashley Smith remains in place after impressing last weekend. 22-year-old Dorian Jones gets the nod at fly-half and is joined in the halfbacks by Richie Rees.
South African prop Brok Harris gets his first start in the Pro12 as he moves from tight head to loose head. Talking about the two games he has played in the LV=Cup he commented: "It's gone well but there's still a lot to work on, especially for me adapting to the mindset of the northern hemisphere with the longer scrums.
"I've been getting used to that and the structures and calls, because I was at Western Province for eight years so it's not going to come overnight and my first few weeks have been busy.
"We have been working hard and everybody is buying into what we are doing - there's a great work ethic here towards the set piece.
Harris is joined in the front row by 20-year-old hooker Elliot Dee and prop Dan Way. Cory Hill and Rynard Landman take their places once again in the second row, with the latter also taking on the role of skipper. The back row has one change made to it as flanker James Thomas is joined by Nic Cudd, who replaces James Benjamin; number eight Lewis Evans retains his place.
There have been six changes made to the replacements as T. Rhys Thomas, Owen Evans, Lloyd Fairbrother, Matthew Screech, Jonathan Evans and Ashton Hewitt are included. This will be Screech's first call up into the match day squad after injuring his shoulder whilst playing against Glasgow Warriors. They are joined on the bench by Ollie Griffiths and Jason Tovey.
