Glasgow Warriors ended a run of five consecutive GUINNESS PRO12 victories for Anthony Foley's side last weekend as they came from behind to claim a 21-18 triumph at Scotstoun.
The result, coupled with Leinster's derby win against Connacht, means Matt O'Connor's side will overtake Munster in the GUINNESS PRO12 table should they emerge victorious at Thomond Park on Friday night.
And with home pride at stake, Holland insists his side are content to sacrifice the turkey and trimmings to ensure they complete the double over Leinster this season.
"We have a big week ahead of us so we just have to rally together and work hard," Holland told the Irish Independent.
"When we got into Glasgow's 22 in the first half we were good, we were clinical. Then they did the same thing to us in the second half, which from our point of view was very disappointing.
"In the second half we made crucial errors - we turned over the ball in their half and they went down and scored points.
"We didn't get on the scoreboard in the second half, which we needed to do, especially with the wind behind us.
"Someone said in the dressing room, 'Christmas is cancelled', not that we were going to have much of a Christmas anyway.
"We are players, we don't do Christmas really. We keep playing over Christmas. It is a distraction, but we can't let our focus drift."
