As we approach the halfway mark of the GUINNESS PRO12 season, Biggar's trusty boot has helped Ospreys climb to the top of the table.
And with a remarkable 31 goals out of 33 attempts - a success rate of 93.94 per cent - Biggar has been conjuring up memories of his famous touchline conversion with the last kick of the game against Leinster in the 2012 PRO12 Final in Dublin to give the Ospreys a 31-30 win following a last-gasp try by the legendary Shane Williams in his final game for the club.
Biggar is closely followed by 2012-13 Golden Boot winner Ian Madigan, the Leinster man currently boasting a success rate of 90.32 per cent.
The GUINNESS PRO12 kicking statistics are as strong as ever with the leading four players over 90 per cent, with Gareth Davies of Cardiff Blues and Rhys Jones of Newport Gwent Dragons in third and fourth respectively.
Almost equally impressive as our two leaders are Ian Humphreys of Ulster in fifth with 30 successful kicks out of 35 and Duncan Weir of Glasgow Warriors in sixth with 22 from 26.
The Rhino Vortex Elite ball has served the PRO12 competition well over the last four seasons and the winners of the Rhino Golden Boot Award in this period to date have been Johnny Sexton while at Leinster, Madigan, also of Leinster, and then last season JJ Hanrahan of Munster.
