Burleigh and Visser back for 1872 decider

While the forward pack remains unchanged, Tim Visser returns on the left wing in place of Tom Brown and Phil Burleigh replaces Andries Strauss to partner Matt Scott in the centre.

Returning from a broken jaw sustained in October's European Cup win over Lyon, flanker Hamish Watson comes on to the bench, with scrum-half Sean Kennedy and centre Sam Beard the only other changes to the replacements from last week's 23.

A tightly fought encounter at Scotstoun last Saturday saw the home side take the win (16-6), in front of a 6945 crowd. With sales seeing an attendance already well into five figures for tomorrow's return leg, Edinburgh will be anticipating that a great home support cheers them on to redress the balance. It's all to play for.

Head coach Alan Solomons said: "We are all looking forward to playing at home. The support of our fans will act as a spur in the task that lies ahead of us."

Tickets can still be purchased today and on match day (see below). The game will kick-off at 7.37pm following a minute's silence for local member club player, Richard Logg (37), of Edinburgh Northern, who sadly passed away on 26 December after being involved in a car accident on Christmas Eve.

Our Ticket Centre in Roseburn Street re-opens on Friday 2 January at 12noon, for sales and collections. Supporters can purchase tickets for the match online however the print-at-home option is currently unavailable. Tickets purchased online now can be collected from the Ticket Centre from 12noon on match day (2 Jan). Tickets are £20 (adults), £10 (concessions) and just £1 for under-18s - adult tickets are £25 on match day with all other prices as before.
