The Final will be played at Kingspan Stadium, the home of Ulster, on Saturday May 30th at 6.30pm.
Tickets went on public sale on Tuesday February 30th through Ticketmaster and Ulster and they have been well received - so well that you will have to move fast to secure your place.
It is the first time that the GUINNESS PRO12 has staged a 'destination final', providing an opportunity to celebrate the vibrant rugby on show week in, week out in the league.
And with the GUINNESS PRO12's best vying for positions in the top four it is difficult to predict who will be heading to Belfast come May.
Glasgow Warriors currently lead the way but they face a tough home encounter against third-placed Ospreys on Saturday.
Second-placed Munster head to Scarlets looking to cement their position, while Ulster - currently fourth - know victory at Edinburgh would be another step along the way to securing a coveted 'home' Final.
Fifth-placed Leinster - the current reigning champions - will also be looking to put pressure on in their home game against Zebre on Friday night.
But whichever two sides emerge come May, the GUINNESS PRO12 Final will be a festival of rugby throughout the whole city of Belfast.
