Umberto Casellato has again been forced into changes due to injuries and to the Six Nations match at Murrayfield between Italy and Scotland.
After his shoulder injury in last week's victory against Cardiff Blues, Angelo Esposito is ruled out, while Enrico Bacchin has been called up by the National Team.
For these reasons, Andrea Pratichetti moves to outside centre, while the two wingers will be Ludovico Nitoglia and the fijian Henry Seniloli.
Up front, changes are in the back row with Nicola Cattina starting from the beginning and the locks will be Tomas Vallejos and Meyer Swanepoel.
It is the first game as captain for the hooker Davide Giazzon.
The other news are all on the bench with Paul Derbyshire finally coming back after his long injury in the friendly game in Padua against Petrarca this summer, who could then possibly make his seasonal debut.
Among the replacements are also two permit players: Alberto Saccardo from Mogliano and Francesco Menon from Rovigo.
