The two gifted players have pledged their futures to the Dragons by signing long term contracts which will see them join the region in the summer.
Scrumhalf Charlie Davies began his professional career with Nottingham for two seasons, whilst studying at Nottingham Trent University.
The 24-year-old then moved to Top 14 side Stade Francais, whilst also being called up to the England U20s in the Junior World Cup before signing for Wasps in the summer.
The Shewsbury born scrum-half, who is Welsh qualified, has made a total of eight appearances this season for Wasps as he continues to develop his scrum-half skills.
In addition to Davies the Dragons have also secured English back row Ed Jackson. The 24-year-old worked with director of rugby, Lyn Jones during their time together at London Welsh. After the 2012/13 season Jackson made the move to Wasps, and went on to make 10 appearances for them during the 2013/14 season.
The powerful ball carrier has captained the England U18s squad and U16s squad, during his time in Bath rugby's academy. The back row signed a full-time contract with Bath in 2007 and made his debut for them against Leicester Tigers in 2008.
Jackson moved onto Doncaster Knights in the English championship before making the move to London Welsh in 2013.
Director of rugby, Lyn Jones commented: "I'm delighted both have committed to us, they will be two good signings which will increase the ability of our squad in Rugby World Cup year.
"Kingsley (Jones) and I have worked closely with Ed Jackson and we know how good he can be.
"As for Charlie he has always played to a high standard for Wasps since his return from Stade Francais. His roots are in Porthcawl and will prove to be an exciting signing as he joins forces with Sarel Pretorius and Luc Jones for the number 9 shirt next season."
