The gifts were kindly provided by the partners of Benetton Rugby and the children were delighted to meet some of their heroes.
The players stayed and posed for photographs, as well as spending some time with the patients and their families to wish them a happy Easter and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
The visit has become a yearly tradition at Treviso, with the aim put a smile on the youngsters' faces and distract them from the daily difficulties of life in hospital.
