The Welsh side were unbeaten in March, claiming victories over Zebre and fellow championship contenders Munster, and Webb is hoping his understanding with Biggar can lead to some silverware.
"We know each other inside out now which is pretty good really," Webb told Wales Online.
"We are great friends on and off the pitch and we are always catching up. It's going well and hopefully we can keep that going for the rest of the season.
"I am not looking ahead to training camps and the World Cup, I need to keep going until the end of the season and win trophies for the Ospreys.
"We have a job to do here. I believe we can win the league and I think we have the individuals who believe that as well.
"We have some great leaders in the team and we have been going from strength to strength over the last few weeks."
Webb, who has crossed the whitewash 15 times for club and country already this season, has been recuperating in Dubai after a busy international period but insists he is fully fresh as the season draws to a close.
"I am refreshed and ready to go now," the scrum-half added. "I had a week off last week and had some sunshine.
"I was a bit low on energy before but I have fuelled up now and ready to go. I went to Dubai although I was still training on holiday twice a day.
"It was nice to get that break. I would train in the morning and have feet up and chill out to recharge the batteries.
"I got back last Sunday and am feeling refreshed, raring to go."
