First up - before the Scarlets take on Newport Gwent Dragons - Ospreys will be hoping continue their play-off push with victory over the Blues.
While Tandy's side sit inside the top four - and could go top of the GUINNESS PRO12 table this weekend if results go their way - their opponents are down in tenth.
However, after they were beaten by the Ospreys 26-15 at the Liberty Stadium back in October - and 36-17 at Glasgow Warriors last time out - Tandy is expecting a backlash from Dale McIntosh's side.
"We know they are going to be highly motivated to come after us," he told the South Wales Evening Post.
"They have spoken a lot about the Glasgow game and they want to put it right. I definitely see it as being a real physical encounter.
"We are confident with where we are at, but there are still things we need to tidy up on. We will need to be spot on to get our performance right and get the result.
"With any team coached by Dale, you know it is going to be a brutal affair at the tackle contest. We have to make sure we are physically ready for that battle."
