In an unbelievably tight finish to the GUINNESS PRO12 season - one point separates the top four sides in the table - Ospreys have strung five consecutive wins together to ensure they control their own destiny moving into the final weekend of regular fixtures.
And with no side having ever won a GUINNESS PRO12 semi-final away from home, Wales star Webb acknowledged the importance of his team's success against the high-flying Warriors, while also admitting there is still work to be done ahead of Saturday's visit to Connacht.
"It is not a bad environment to be in at the moment - we have had a good season and we stepped up and denied Glasgow a losing bonus point, which was very important," the 26-year-old scrum-half told Wales Online.
"They have been near the top of the table all year, and we want to do everything we can to get the home semi-final and get a big crowd in here again.
"It was a brilliant team performance. We know what a good side they are but we made that good start and I think we were pretty comfortable for the full 80 minutes.
"We can take a lot of confidence from the way we are playing but the bottom line is we need to keep winning - we cannot get complacent, and we need to keep our feet on the ground.
"It will be tough going to Connacht, they will have something to fight for in a top six finish, so there is a lot of work to do if we want that home semi.
"We want it, but we are capable of winning an away semi - we have won finals on the road like against Leinster, so I don't think sides will want to play us."
