There will be eight awards presented this weekend with the winners of seven of those - Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, the Specsavers Fairplay Award, the Chairman's Award, Try of the Season and the Rhino Golden Boot Award - yet to be announced.
The eighth gong is the GUINNESS PRO12 Dream Team 2014/15 which was announced earlier this week and, perhaps unsurprisingly, the current top four clubs contribute 11 players to the starting XV.
Table-toppers Ospreys can boast three players in the side as exciting half-back pairing Rhys Webb and Dan Biggar are joined by veteran lock Alun Wyn Jones, while there is a Glasgow flavour to the backline with centre Peter Horne and winger Tommy Seymour getting the nod.
Their Warriors teammate Josh Strauss is in the back-row where he is joined by Munster duo Tommy O'Donnell and CJ Stander.
Ulster powerhouse Franco van der Merwe packs down alongside Jones in the second row as his teammate Rory Best occupies the hooker berth and GUINNESS PRO12 top try-scorer Craig Gilroy is on the wing.
Outside of the top four, Connacht are the best represented, with two players, as Irish international centre Robbie Henshaw joins prop Denis Buckley, whose fellow front-rower WP Nel is Edinburgh's only inclusion.
And Scarlets full-back Liam Williams is selected for the second year running to round out the team.
While the Dream Team, which was voted on by a media panel of 11 journalists from all four countries, has already been decided, both the Specsavers Fairplay Award and the Rhino Golden Boot Award will come down to the final weekend of action.
Leinster fly-half Ian Madigan currently leads the race for the Rhino Golden Boot Award - awarded to the kicker who has successfully converted the highest percentage of place kicks during the regular season (with a minimum of 30 attempts).
Madigan has kicked 89.36 per cent of his attempts but will need to be on form from the tee against Edinburgh on Saturday with Biggar breathing down his neck in second place.
And Connacht are favourites to win the Specsavers Fairplay Award for the team with the best disciplinary record having received only eight yellow cards all season - the winners being given £10,000 to spend on their youth development programme.
