'Happy Heart' is a national appeal for donations to tackle stroke and heart disease - the number one cause of death in Ireland which claims more than one life every hour.
This week thousands of volunteers will take to the streets and shopping centres of Ireland selling the iconic happy heart badges and all proceeds go to help families in Ireland through the Irish Heart Foundation's programs in care, prevention and research.
Visit your local Shaws or SuperValu stores to buy a happy heart pin or Text Happy to 50300 to give €4.
