That comes after their hard-fought 21-10 win over Glasgow Warriors last weekend, which saw them leapfrog their Scottish opponents to top the GUINNESS PRO12 table.
The Glasgow triumph was Walker's third game back after injury - he marked his return with a try against Treviso before also playing in the Judgement Day win over Cardiff Blues at the Millennium Stadium.
And while the 23-year-old Welshman is focused on helping Ospreys to league glory, he concedes that forcing his way into Warren Gatland's World Cup squad is also on his agenda.
"Any games at the end of the season are the chance for boys to put their hands up," Walker told WalesOnline.
"It's good for us to make the play-offs because there's a couple of extra games and these games that are going to lead into camps and stuff.
"So it's definitely an opportunity for boys to show what they can do.
"It's also nice to be going for something at the back end of a season. It's exciting for me and for all the other boys heading into the play-offs.
"I've only had three games back and I'm enjoying it."
