Last year's losing finalists host an Ulster side that have even more incentive to reach the showpiece event, as it will be hosted at their home - the Kingspan Stadium - on May 30.
Ulster will receive a second bite of the cherry after last week's defeat at Scotstoun, where Glasgow have not lost all season - make sure you're there on Friday night to see if Gregor Townsend's men can do the double.
The Ospreys must also find success at a fortress on Saturday, as they head to Thomond Park to take on the might of perennial challengers Munster.
Munster have not hosted a play-off since at Thomond Park since 2011 and enter the clash on a five-game GUINNESS PRO12 unbeaten run, but the Ospreys can hardly be discounted after racking up six league wins in a row themselves.
Indeed the last time Steve Tandy's troops ventured to Limerick they came away with a 19-14 win before going on to complete the double over the Munstermen this season.
