The event is back for its fourth year and after a record Welsh domestic rugby attendance of more than 55,000 last season, a sell-out is likely to be on the cards.
Play will start at 2:30pm, with Cardiff Blues doing battle with last season's GUINNESS PRO12 semi-finalists the Ospreys, followed by Scarlets and Newport Gwent Dragons at 5pm.
In a thrilling 2014/15 Dan Biggar pulled the strings as the Ospreys got the better of the Blues while Liam Williams, another man likely to star at the World Cup for Wales next month, picked up the man of the match award in Scarlets' triumph over the Dragons.
"The aspiration for Judgement Day has always been to fill the stadium to its rafters," said WRU chairman Gareth Davies.
"The fact that we are in a position where that is a realistic possibility just four years into the concept is a testament to the hard work that the regions and WRU teams have put into building this fixture.
"We achieved a record crowd figure for domestic rugby in Wales last year, but there is no reason to stop there."
Blues and Dragons season tickets will include access to the event - liaise with your respective box offices to find out more.
