Denton started the 22-16 victory over Edinburgh in Dublin - his first start since joining from Leeds in the summer.
And having got a taste of the RaboDirect PRO12 he admits he is desperate to get more game time as he becomes accustomed to the quick pace of the league.
Denton could get that chance as Leinster travel to the Sportsground to take on Connacht this week, with Gordon D'Arcy and Rob Kearney also among those expected to be fit to take part in the game.
He said: "It was a fantastic opportunity to come over, one I couldn't refuse.
"The facilities are great, the coaches outstanding and the culture they have here - everyone works so hard.
"I was given my first start last week. Now I want to kick on. The pressure is on, but I prefer to play when the pressure is on because I will raise my game.
"This league is a faster tempo and that makes you a better all-round player. You make decisions and react quicker."
